Level 1 · Forward-looking analysis

City Risk Analysis

What it answersWe study what has happened and anticipate what is coming in the city. One analysis per city, on request, covering everyone you send there.

What it coversThe threat picture for the city, armed groups and criminal structures present in and around it, upcoming sensitive dates (demonstrations, marches, holidays), crime methods aimed at visitors, medical facilities and emergency contacts.

City Risk Report

The same analysis, every week. Each Monday you receive an assessment of the coming seven days in the city, plus alerts on events affecting the city as they are identified. Available for one city or several. Billed monthly; quoted per engagement.

Level 2

Pre-Departure Risk Assessment

An analysis built for one specific trip: the go/no-go decision, traveler profile, hotel, arrival plan, a forward-looking analysis of what could affect the trip (political, social and civil unrest; weather and natural disasters; epidemics and health emergencies), primary and alternate routes, critical vulnerability points by route, time of day and agenda, communications plan, contingencies and a phone briefing before departure.

Three versions, set by the itinerary

  • One City: a single city, with movement within that city.
  • Multi-City: two or three cities, or road travel between cities.
  • Complex Itinerary: four or more cities, high-risk departments or rural sites.

Requires at least two weeks' notice before the trip.

How we work

We use a modern collection and analysis stack, including predictive analytics, to watch a wide field across Colombia and surface what matters. The judgment is human: our analysts make the forecasts.

Primary sources in Spanish, checked against our network on the ground before they reach the client.

Every assessment states its level of confidence.

We record our forecasts and score them against what happened.

Quotes reflect the number of travelers, cities and itineraries. Groups that split across different cities are covered itinerary by itinerary.

Built on the ISO 31030 guidance
