By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect: the email address you provide when you subscribe, plus any name or details you add to your member profile; payment information, which is collected and processed by our payment processor, Stripe (we do not receive or store your full card number); email engagement data, such as whether our emails are delivered, opened, or clicked; basic, privacy-respecting site usage data, such as pages viewed and general location at the country level; and any information you send when you email us or use a contact link. We use essential cookies needed to log members in and operate the membership portal. If we add optional analytics or third-party tools later, we will update this Policy.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to deliver the briefings, alerts, and products you subscribe to; create and manage your account; process payments and renewals; send newsletters, service messages, and, where permitted, updates about our products; operate, secure, and improve the Site; and comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, namely our publishing and membership platform (Ghost), our payment processor (Stripe), and our email and productivity provider (Google Workspace); with authorities or advisors where required by law or to protect our rights; and with a successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Each service provider processes data under its own privacy terms.
6. International Transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
7. Data Retention
